Refund & Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days, without needing to provide a reason.

The cancellation period lasts 30 days from the date you received the goods, or when a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

We will issue your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Your reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as your original order, with no additional fees.

Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods are in their original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized goods.

• Goods that deteriorate quickly or have expired.

• Goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that do not meet these conditions at our discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. For this reason, we recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service. Refunds can only be issued upon our receipt of goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts: If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
